‘소액결제 현금화 사업은 불법이다. 정보통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스이용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·사용하도록 한 후 이용자가 구매·이용한 재화등을 할인해 매입하는 행위에 ‘1년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처되도록 규정하고 있습니다. 금융감독원은 지난해 5월 인터넷 뉴스를 내고 급하강하고 있는 불법 광고 유형으로 ‘소액결제 현금화를 지목하고 주의를 당부했었다.
