<p>모바일 소액결제는 당월 이용한 결제 자본이 핸드폰 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이렇게 경우 핸드폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 다만 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 스마트폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 때문에 승인 취소가 불가하다.</p>
<p>이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 온/오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 완만한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 증가하고 있을 것이다면 구글이 가장 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.</p>
